  3. Craigslist, StubHub & Scalping

While Craigslist, eBay, StubHub, VividSeats or any broker site may appear to save you cash and allow access to the festival, many of these are either already used or are counterfeits.

If you want 100% confidence in your ticket purchase, you should only purchase your tickets on our Tickets page or frontgatetickets.com to purchase your tickets every single time. Also, in the event of a festival cancelation, your tickets will only be refunded when purchased through our Tickets page or frontgatetickets.com.

Often times people will try to sell their wristbands to others if they cannot attend a certain day. Unfortunately, the removing of a wristband automatically voids it. Security will check every wristband to assure it has not been removed and replaced. In doing so, you will be escorted directly from the festival grounds.

Please Note: You must stop here to get your ADA wristband credential.

At the Access Center you can:

    • Get your ADA wristband credential
    • Ask questions and get information regarding accessibility services
    • Charge wheelchair batteries

    ADA Wristband Policies:

    • ADA wristbands are good for the whole weekend
    • Do NOT remove your wristband for the duration the festival; they are non-transferable
    • One companion wristband will be issued for each disabled patron; exceptions will be made for families with young children
  2. Wheelchair Acessibility

The Festival grounds are ADA accessible, but please be aware that this is a large venue with great distances between stages and attractions. It is an outdoor music festival situated in a park and across city streets. Therefore, most travel is over natural terrain and terrain designed for motor vehicles. If it should rain, there will be mud in some places. For more information about accessible pathways please inquire at the Access Center.

In Bloom does not provide personal care, golf cart rides, or push service of any kind or wheelchairs or scooters for rent or loan. Guests should make arrangements in advance if a wheelchair is needed and plan to bring attendants, if needed. If you need to recharge your motorized wheelchair, you may do so at the Access Center. Patrons should bring all cords and accessories needed to charge their devices. Chargers must use a 110-volt, 20 amp circuit.

  3. ADA Festival Entrance

There are special designated lanes at the festival entrances for patrons with disabilities. Look for the wheelchair signs above the entrance lanes or ask a staff member to direct you to the lanes.

  4. ADA Pickup and Drop-Off

The designated ADA drop-off and pickup location can be found at the corner of Dallas St. and Bagby Dr.

  5. ADA Parking & Transportation

Parking is not available on the festival grounds. Guests can find ADA parking spots available throughout all general parking garages and lots near the festival area here. Make sure to have a valid, government-issued ADA placard/plate/permit present in your vehicle.

Also, we strongly encourage using METRO routes. METRO understands the critical role of public transit in making independence and mobility possible for the disabled citizens. All buses are accessible, and all METRORail Stations platforms are fully ADA-compliant with sloped ramp access from both ends of level boarding platforms, rail cars level with the station platform for easy boarding and audio and visual announcements of stops inside the rail cars. Click here to find out more about accessible services from METRO.

  6. Accessible Viewing Areas

There will be accessible viewing areas made available to ADA patrons who may need to see above the crowd on all four stages. To gain access to these areas, please visit the Access Center to get an ADA wristband credential.

    Accessible Viewing Area Policies:

    • Companions may be asked to stand if capacity is reached
    • These are non-smoking areas
    • Patrons are not allowed to save spots; if a guest is not-present for over an hour, their area will be given to another disabled guest
  7. Accessible Facilities

There will be accessible restrooms, water stations and other facilities made available throughout the festival grounds. If you need assistance locating these facilities, please reach out to us at access@inbloomfestival.com or visit the ADA Access Center when you arrive to the festival.

  8. Service Animals

Service animals are permitted throughout the festival grounds; however this does not include emotional support animals, therapy animals, or companion animals. Only legitimate service animals will be allowed within the festival footprint. Pets are not allowed and will be turned away.

If you are bringing a service animal, make sure to check in at the closest ADA Access Center for registration. Only legitimate service animals that are properly trained and under the proper care of their owners will be provided with the appropriate credentials.

Due to large-scale service animal fraud and for the protection of all festival patrons, service animals must be screened and registered at the Access Center immediately upon entry to the site.

All service animals must remain by the handler’s side at all times and must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices. In that case, the individual must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective controls.

Service animals must be housebroken and should have legally required vaccinations, which may be checked.

Anyone bringing an animal will be responsible for and liable for any damage or injury caused by the animal. Service animal inquiries can be sent to access@inbloomfestival.com.

  9. American Sign Language (ASL) Interpretation Performances

We provide many American Sign Language (ASL) interpreted music performances for patrons who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing. Write access@inbloomfestival.com to request specific shows be interpreted.
